Thoughts on creativity, purpose, and channeling after a week of returning to my own practice.
Deliberate practice draws the divine towards and through us, carving out clear channels for an immense amount of creativity, disruption, and innovation to flow through.
At least, that’s been the truth for me.
The more disciplined I become with the things that align me in my truth and purpose, the more I feel myself communing with the divine — Source, God, the energy that is.
The more I show up to write and create each day, the more wisdom spills onto the pages, channeling through vs. me trying to construct things all on my own.
The more I sit in silent meditation, whether simply breathing or processing through and healing what’s stored in my cells, the more I hear the whispers of my intuition, which is directly tied to Universal consciousness and divine guidance.
Lately, deliberate practice has looked very specific for me: daily creativity.
Writing at least 750 words and creating some kind of graphic to go with it.
